Not every question fits one of our existing formats. Sometimes an organisation is dealing with something specific — a tension, a theme, a question — that needs a programme built from the ground up, around that situation alone.

We start by listening: what is happening, who is involved, and what has been difficult to say out loud. From there, we design a series of workshops shaped entirely around that situation, choosing every image with precision, so that even a sensitive subject can be approached safely. When a network within the Dutch Ministry of Defence, Women at Defence, asked us to help make it discussable how women talk about women, we built a programme around exactly that question — not a general reflection on professional practice, but a direct, careful look at how colleagues had been treating one another, and how they wanted to going forward.
